2012 Plymouth Gin Spring Series starts 25th March
The 2012 Plymouth Gin Spring series starts in two weeks time with two races held each day starting on Sunday 25th March & continuing through April on Sunday’s 1st, 15th, 22nd & 29th April 2012. The popular series caters for both IRC & PY handicap yachts along with class starts offered for any class with 6 or more boats entered. There will also be a sports boat class, which has seen a great increase in popularity in recent years. With many sportsboats arriving on the scene locally this is proving to be one of the fastest growing fleets in the area.
Après sail events will be held back at RPCYC with food available from £5, Tribute & Carlsberg at £2 a pint, Plymouth Gin/ mixer £2 (£3 for a double).
There will also be a Plymouth Gin Après Ski series of races held in the Drake Room for teams of four people, with prizes for the fastest time of the day & an overall series prize.
