Ben and Kate are going coastal (to Fowey- in Toppers)

On the 4th of June 2011, 19 Topper sailors aged between 11 and 15 from across the South West will sail from Plymouth to Fowey, a distance of 25 miles.
The sailors will be accompanied by a safety boat but will otherwise be entirely self sufficient.
The voyage will take between 6 and 10 hours depending on the wind strength and direction. They will be travelling across the open water of the English Channel so can expect waves, high winds and maybe even dolphins.
