Club Legal Status
The operations of the Royal Plymouth Corinthian Yacht Club have been transferred to an incorporated company with effect from 1st October 2012.
The company RPCYC Limited, Registered Number 08220368, is incorporated as a company Limited by Guarantee.
RPCYC Limited has assumed all the debts and obligations of the Yacht Club, and any debts outstanding by the Club at 30th September 2012 will be paid in the normal course of business by RPCYC Limited.
The management of the organisation remains as previously constituted, and you will be dealing with the same individuals. Members of the Club have become members of the Company.
The Company has adopted as its operating name ‘Royal Plymouth Corinthian Yacht Club’.
