From small private meetings of only a few attendees to day-long conferences hosting up to 100 delegates, RPCYC will professionally provide the facilities to welcome your guests and look after them during their stay with us. Our rooms can be used separately or combined depending on your specific needs and will make a big impact on your delegates with its stunning views of Plymouth Sound.

Drake Room


Our Drake Room can accommodate theatre, classroom and boardroom-style events for upwards of 100 guests.

For smaller meetings, our Armada Room is a fully independent room that guarantees privacy, but still features breathtaking views of the water. It has a large boardroom table that can seat up to 15 attendees or the room can be set classroom style for up to 20 attendees.

From full English or continental breakfasts, hot lunches and three-course dinners to our buffet selector menu, tea, coffee and biscuits, RPCYC can meet your catering needs and offer customised menus to suit every event and budget.
