The Royal Plymouth Corinthian Yacht Club is situated in the historic naval port of Plymouth, 120 miles South West of Bristol down the M5 and A38, 152 miles west of Southampton down the A33 and A31 and 45 miles south west of Exeter down the A38

The Club is situated right on the coast just south of Plymouth city centre
Directions
from the west
Take the A38 and the A386 following signs to Plymouth. At Manadon junction roundabout, take the 4th exit onto Mannamead Rd/ B3250 heading to Mutley. Follow the B3250 for about 2 miles before turning left on to Charles street (A374). At the Charles Cross Roundabout, take the 4Th exit on to Exeter Street (signposted bus station). At St Andrew’s cross Roundabout, takevthe 1st exit onto kinterbury street. After about 100 yards, turn right at Buckwell street. Turn right at vauxhall street (B3240) then take the first left on to Southside street. Continue on to the Barbican for around 300 yards and turn left into Madeira Road. The club is around 300 yards down on your left.
From the North
Head towards Plymouth on the A386 until you reach the Manadon junction Roundabout and then follow the directions above.
From the East
Head towards Plymouth on the A38, taking the A374/B3416 exit toward Plympton/ Kingsbridge/A379. At the Roundabout, take the 1st exit onto Plymouth Rd/ A374 heading to Kingbridge/A379. Continue to follow A374 for nearly two miles. Keep left at the fork and across one roundabout, bearing slightly left at Breton side (B3240) and after 350 yards turning left into Vauxhall street. Take the first left on to Southside Street, continue on to The Barbican for around 300 yards and turn left in to Madeira Rd. The club is around 300 yards down on your left.
Public Transport
The nearest railway station to the club is Plymouth, which is just over a mile to the north. Trains run west to Truro, Falmouth and Penzance. Exeter is an hour away, London three hours on First Great western. Trains run direct to Bristol (2hours 15 minutes’ journey time).
